This is information that you own on your device and are willing to share with them via this channel. Since you’re such a loyal customer, they may even let you know that they have a couple secret items tonight for special customers just like you. You can then order through your phone, provide feedback, and pay for your meal all through your phone. The experience is astounding because it was relevant and personal. The phone was just a tool to help both parties pick up where they once left off.
